देवीमाहात्म्यम् (अर्थ: देवी का महात्म्य) हिन्दुओं का एक धार्मिक ग्रन्थ है जिसमें देवी दुर्गा की महिषासुर नामक राक्षस के ऊपर विजय का वर्णन है। यह मार्कण्डेय पुराण का अंश है। इसमें ७०० श्लोक होने के कारण इसे 'दुर्गा सप्तशती' भी कहते हैं।
यह संस्करण श्रीदुर्गासप्तशती का संस्कृत-हिंदी अनुवाद है। गीताप्रेस गोरखपुर के पांडेय पंडित रामनरायणदत्तजी शास्त्री द्वारा अनुवादित है।
